Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives the general right of access to all types of "recorded" information held by public authorities (and those providing services for them), sets out exemptions from that right and places a number of obligations on public authorities

All requests for information must be in writing, either by letter or by email. Any information that falls outside of the information listed on this website should be requested also in a written format and addressed to:-

All requests will be monitored and responded to within the 20 working days response rule. However, if the information is not within the model scheme the College reserves the right to respond in a lengthened time scale dependant on the request.
